Dr. Butchaiah Garlapati serves as the Medical Director and Founder of Arkansas Laser and Skincare. He received his medical degree from Loma Linda University in 2001, subsequently completing his residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Garlapati specializes in the treatment and management of chronic pain, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing patient quality of life.

Driven by a desire to provide comprehensive pain relief, Dr. Garlapati pursued advanced training in the utilization of Botox for the treatment of migraine headaches and spasticity dystonia. This exposure to injectable therapies fostered an interest in aesthetic medicine, leading him to expand his practice to include cosmetic services. Dr. Garlapati believes in a holistic approach to patient care, aiming to improve both physical well-being and enhance self-confidence through a combination of pain management and aesthetic procedures.

Lami isn't just our lead laser technician—she's a cornerstone of Arkansas Laser and Skincare. As a co-owner and one of the practice's original founders since 2007, she's been instrumental in building our reputation for exceptional care and results. With over 18 years of experience in aesthetics and laser technology, Lami brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every treatment.

Laura Crabtrey brings a unique blend of compassion and expertise to Arkansas Laser and Skincare. Laura is our lead injector and aesthetic nurse. She graduated Harding University with her bachelors of science in nursing in 2015. Her background includes progressive care/CCU step-down, long term care management and neurological rehabilitation.

A native Californian, Laura’s first encounter with aesthetic medicine occurred when she used to help a close family friend with laser training courses by acting as their laser hair removal model. After 10 years in bedside nursing, she wanted to pursue additional trainings as a way to advance her skills. What started as a class lead to a genuine passion. Laura graduated from National Laser Institute in Dallas, Texas in 2022. She is certified in beginner and advanced neurotoxin administration with an emphasis on Botox and Dysport. Laura is also certified in beginner and advanced dermal filler administration with experience with Juvederm, Restylane, RHA, and Obagi Medical. Other certifications include: kybella, sclerotherapy, PRP, PDO threads, tattoo removal, laser hair removal, ablative and non-ablative skin tightening, body contouring, hair restoration, and IV hydration.

Remi is the lead esthetician at Arkansas Laser and Skincare, where she brings a passion for skincare and holistic wellness. Graduating from the Salon Professional Academy in 2021, she has quickly established herself as a skilled and dedicated professional. Her expertise is rooted in Classical European Facial techniques, and she holds certifications from esteemed companies such as Dermalogica, A Natural Difference Skincare, and Bio-Therapeutics. Remi emphasizes client education, believing that understanding skin health is essential for achieving radiant results.

Beyond facial treatments, Remi specializes in a variety of beauty services. She is highly skilled in henna brow tinting, eyebrow lamination, eyelash tinting and lamination, and sugar hair removal, with four years of hands-on experience in the latter.

Remi also boasts over 15 years of experience as a professional makeup artist. She excels in SFX makeup, but also creates stunning bridal, prom, and special event looks, tailored to each client’s individual style. Her background in Fashion Design and Construction, along with studies in music and sculpture, provides her with a unique artistic perspective that she incorporates into all of her work.

Remi's goal is to help clients feel confident and beautiful. She strives to provide personalized treatments that enhance natural beauty and promote long-lasting skin health, and she invites clients to collaborate with her to bring their visions to life.
